Service Agreement - Preworks

Preworks functions as a facilitator, and the provision of any services by a Professional to a Customer is subject to an entirely separate legal contract. In case of any issues with the performance of those services by the Professional, you will have legal rights of redress against the Professional directly, and not against Preworks.
