In case of any issues with the performance of those services by the Professional, you will have legal rights of redress against the Professional directly, and not against Preworks.

All contractors, architects, and professionals on Preworks undergo a thorough verification process and background check. This ensures the reliability and trustworthiness of the professionals listed on our platform.
User Details Sharing
The contact details of professionals will be shared with customers. This facilitates direct communication between customers and professionals, empowering customers to reach out to them independently.
Non-Interference and Impartiality
Preworks maintains a policy of impartiality and non-interference between professionals and customers. We do not encourage or endorse any form of partiality among professionals. Communication between a customer and a professional is entirely their responsibility, and Preworks does not intervene in the process.
Professional Conduct and Accountability
In adherence to our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, any professional engaging in misconduct, misbehavior, subcontracting without disclosure, or accepting commissions will face immediate and permanent removal from the Preworks platform. In the event of legal repercussions arising from such actions, the professional will be held solely accountable under the law.
