In the event of legal repercussions arising from such actions, the professional will be held solely accountable under the law.

Preworks maintains a policy of impartiality and non-interference between professionals and customers. We do not encourage or endorse any form of partiality among professionals. Communication between a customer and a professional is entirely their responsibility, and Preworks does not intervene in the process.

The contact details of professionals will be shared with customers. This facilitates direct communication between customers and professionals, empowering customers to reach out to them independently.

All contractors, architects, and professionals on Preworks undergo a thorough verification process and background check. This ensures the reliability and trustworthiness of the professionals listed on our platform.

Preworks functions as a facilitator, and the provision of any services by a Professional to a Customer is subject to an entirely separate legal contract. In case of any issues with the performance of those services by the Professional, you will have legal rights of redress against the Professional directly, and not against Preworks.

Preworks reserves the right to update its privacy policy, and users will be notified of any changes.

Users have the option to customize their communication preferences, including notifications and newsletters.

User data is retained as long as the account is active. Users can request the deletion of their data upon account closure.

Preworks collects basic user information, such as name, contact number, email and location, to facilitate account creation and improve user experience.

User data is used to personalize the Preworks experience, including suggesting relevant contractors and projects.
